To Create a Skeleton Invoice/Credit Note

(Accountant Plus and Financial Controller only)

1.   Enter your invoice/credit note.

2.   Click Memorise.

The Memorise window appears.

3.   In the boxes provided, enter a filename and a description for the skeleton invoice/credit note.

4.   To save your skeleton entry, click Save.

To exit without saving, click Cancel.

Now you have saved your skeleton invoice/credit note, you can load this at any time.
